Morne Trois Pitons.

Morne Trois Pitons was the final hike that Daniel and Jamie did on the island of Dominica. It offered some incredible views.
Very pretty flowers could be seen along the way.
Looking towards the west coast of the island and the Caribbean Sea.
The view towards the north of the island and Morne Diablotin.
A closer look at Morne Diablotin from Morne Trois Pitons.
Jamie takes a break as we get closer to the top.
The quick gain in elevation can be seen in this photograph.
Some areas were so steep and slippery that there were ropes to help you climb up.
Our goal was to get to the top of this peak. Morne Trois Pitons is the second highest peak on Dominica. Morne Diablotin, the highest peak, is a little over a hundred feet higher.
Jamie and Daniel at the top of Morne Trois Pitons. It was definitely an easier hike than Morne Diablotin.
At the top we could see several other peaks nearby.
Daniel takes a break on the way down to enjoy the beautiful scenery.
This hike was a great ending to our stay on Dominica.
